The Eleanor Anderson-Miles Foundation’s mission is to help create a path for students to develop themselves through access to education in hopes to create a foundation for academic, emotional, and social success. The Foundation strongly believes in higher education as an agent of change for individuals, families, and communities. Eleanor was a true educator who embodied the importance of equal access to higher education for all regardless of economic circumstance. In order to ensure positive educational outcomes, Eleanor believed that an individual needed 4 things: support, access, funding, and drive. The Eleanor Anderson Miles Foundation will be a pathway for driven individuals to achieve their academic goals and dreams.

Eleanor believed that every person has a different puzzle that makes up their life. This scholarship aims to be the driving force in helping someone find the missing pieces and complete their dream.
